Terms of Service

By using Ideavory-ai ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Beta notice: Ideavory-ai is currently a non-commercial personal project in closed beta. The Service is free to use for what is available today. We may show planned paid features (for example higher limits or export) as “coming soon” — you cannot purchase them on the site until we explicitly open checkout, and no payment is required to use the current beta.

1. The Service

Ideavory-ai is an AI-powered planning assistant. You describe a goal, the Service asks clarifying questions and produces a structured action plan. Features, limits and availability may change at any time during the beta.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secret.
• One person, one account. Sharing an account between multiple people is not allowed.
• The Service is not designed for children under 13. If you are between 13 and 15 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Pricing

The Service in its current form is provided without charge. We intend to add optional paid tiers in the future; the app may show indicative prices. You cannot complete a purchase on the site while checkout is closed. When we introduce paid access, we will update these terms at least 14 days in advance, and you will not be charged without clearly accepting the new offer (for example at checkout or in the product).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Resell raw model outputs as a standalone service competing with Ideavory-ai.
• Submit personal data about others without their consent.

5. Content ownership

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs the Service generates for you. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (such as the total number of messages) to improve the product. We do not sell your inputs to third parties.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

The Service relies on third-party large language models (currently OpenAI). Outputs may contain mistakes, outdated information, or hallucinated details. Do not rely on outputs for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions without independent verification by a qualified professional.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially while in beta.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the Service. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us at the address below.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 0, since the Service is currently provided free of charge.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you additional rights in your country of residence.
